Setting Odin
1. Phone is not connected to the PC.
2. Odin start
3. In Pit Pit select the appropriate file 512.
4. Select Firmware Image CODE_I9000XWJM5.tar.md5 at PDA.
5. Under Select the Phone modem file MODEM_I9000XXJM3.tar.md5
6. CSC CSC_I9000OXAJM1.tar.md5 Under Select the file which you have charged extra.(not the folder of JM5 available End SERJM1 CSC, otherwise you have as I after flashing nice Cyrillic alphabet on your SGS
)7. Please leave all settings (hook) in Odin as they are after opening.

Have you so far everything is selected and you can now control the device, setting the application-development to turn on debug mode and then connect the phone to your PC.
Start the download mode:
1. Start-Run-CMD and confirm with Enter.
2. The Dos window opens
3. Moves you in the Android SDK / Tools folder
4. Give a reboot adb download
5. The cell phone will restart and is now in download mode.

Flash process:
After you've now set the download mode, and since you can now Odin in Odin press Start.
